Our Belief:

We believe that every human being possesses an innate potential to create and enjoy Art. Regardless of one’s education, cultural background, economic status, or age, anyone can be inspired to learn and to be creative in one or more of the many art forms.  Thus, the creation and enjoyment of Art should be considered as inclusive, rather than exclusive activities.

 

Our Mission is to:

 1. Promote, and broaden interest in the Arts, in all their varied forms, by as many people as we can reach using the ever-increasing power of the internet.

 

2. Provide a forum to help any of those people, who have a budding interest in the traditional and/or the newer (usually electronic) art forms, to improve and promote their skills.

 

3.  Create both virtual and geographical regional communities, where artists with widely varying skills, may collaborate with others, gain new ideas from exposure to multiple existing art-forms, learn from each other, and in the process, potentially create new amazing and delightful art-forms.

 

4. Finally, provide ways and means by which all artists, amateur and professional alike, may display, and if they wish, sell their creations, to anyone else in the world.

 

Why are we developing this Art website, when others already exist? 

While a small percentage of people are artistically gifted, and do create great Art easily, there is likewise a small percentage, who have labored for many years to develop their skills, and also produce fine art. However, we believe that most people feel that creating viable Art is out of reach for them. They feel that only people who have exceptional talent can create and enjoy Art, and that only the wealthy can amass substantial and expensive art collections for their private personal enjoyment.

 

Our goal is to create a new attitude and approach to Art, especially by the majority who feels left out.  We foresee a world-wide community of people, where artists who are already gifted, or those who are learning skills and talent, will interact with and teach others who have the desire to develop artistic skills of their own.  By this process, we hope to greatly extend the number of people who can create, appreciate, and personally enjoy Art in all of its varied forms. 

 

About our Company

ArtsWe.com is a member is a member of WebsWe, Inc., a company which is developing a group of theme-oriented websites, that focus on areas of interest, each of which are close to large segments of the population. For example, these include PetsWe.com, CarsWe.com, and HeartsWe.com, as well as others.  Each WebsWe website caters to people who have special interests in the topic area.
